    I always feel like im gonna die after i eat…Because my meal after workout looks like this.
    0,5 liters of water + 35g of whey protein powder + 70g glucose. I drink that emidiatly after the workout, and that fills me up to the point when i think im gonna explode. And then in half an hour i have another meal, usually 250g of tuna +whole grain bread + rice + fruit salad. And i have 4-5 meals like that during the day…ugh, makes me sick when i think of food, but the muscles grow fast.

    I deffinetly feel your pain… There is nothing worse than trying to choke down 2 cups of plain brown rice, and a whole chicken breast. Or oatmeal and egg whites. 6-8 times a day =S

    One thing you guys need to remember is that it takes the human body about 30 minutes after eating something to actually FEEL full – That’s why some people overeat, because they still feel somewhat hungry. Because of that, you need to eat slowly and actually savor your food!

    We also be afraid to eat organic oatmeal, organic raw wheat germ, quinoa, barley, or some of the other amazing whole grain foods. These are foods that God the creator gave to each and everyone of us. If all someone wants to do is eat animal products thats pretty disgusting and sad. We can eat clean animal foods. “Never eat any fat from cattle, sheep or goats.” Leviticus 7:23 “Never eat the blood of any bird or animal no matter where you live.” Lev.7:26. How many people follow that?

    stick with a "cheat" meal about once a week. spend do a whole cheat day otherwise be burying yourself in a twinkee and eating your way out. One solid cheat meal (which usually means fast food or something high in fat that you would never eat on a diet) should be a good reward for your hard work throughout the week.
