Chris, these are great exercises once a person is further along in their fitness goals. I recommend squats, plies and mini lunges to my crowd, too. Always start slow and easy, fewer reps until you build up gently. Otherwise, you can’t walk the next day!! Your body will tell you when you’ve done too many too soon!

Im trying to get motivated myself and with vidoes like this it gives me ideas on how to do so. What also helps me is saving music vidoes and workingout to them and just dancing. Im trying to get into ballet form and these ballet techniques that were incorporated in this clip are really helpful. Doing this several times a day along with good cardio is sure to help as well as leaving the sugar and breads alone.

45 mins/day of cardio exercise + Daily ALKALINE water intake, in ozs, of half your weight, in lbs (alkaline water, because it is a NUTRIENT that contains *oxygen*, the critical, life-sustaining element-environment where fat, an ACID, cannot survive) + 75%/25% CLEAN alkaline/acid-balanced diet + 1,500+ mg/day of Coral Calcium (cellulite is fat..fat is acid..acid is neutralized by coral calcium..fat is neutralized by coral calcium..cellulite is neutralized by coral calcium) = BYE BYE, CELLULITE!

And Chris Freytag’s Walking Cardio Shape-Up Workout (a 45-min cardio/sculpt CIRCUIT life-saver) is a pretty good safe, low-impact, high-intensity, TOTAL-BODY workout. I saw it, for free on-demand, on my cable tv’s ExerciseTV channel. It MAKES you build muscle IN OXYGEN (the way nature intended), so your muscles “hum” and your lungs ache when you finish it! But you DO shrink and tone for your efforts…

@kandyclott reps help to lean muscle thus, the more reps you do on each leg the less bulkier they’ll look….i think? smh :D

get it girl! Getting started is the hardest part, but it sounds like you're motivated! I agree with Amy and everyone, writing it down and calorie counting at the same time really helps. The handful of chips here or another “small”snack I wouldn't think anything of add up fast! and I could have lived without it! We're all queens of making excuses but if i had to write sometimes I wouldn't eat it! or i'd at least think harder about it…haha

I tell you the tape I really love and I'm so sore after is Belly Butt and Thighs by Prevention Magazine. Chris Freytag is the trainer on it. there are 3 10minute sections so you can mix and match, do only 1 or all 3 if you have time! Keep working hard! it's a struggle for all of us :)

Good luck with jury duty! Sometimes it can be interesting i've heard…at least the people watching part!
