Is Dr. Al Sears a modern Santa Claus? Does his bag of presents include a way to lose fat quickly and easily? Many people, both in the United States and world-wide, suffer from too much fat on their bodies. What are the tell-tale signs?
Take your own inventory. Do you start panting hard when you go up a flight of steps, walk around your neighborhood, or dash to catch a cab?

If so, it is likely that your heart and lungs are in poor shape and get stressed easily. The unseen problem is that if you have to increase your exertion without warning, you may overload your body with excess stress. That can lead to a serious heart attack. Think of it. You finally decide to get fit, shed a few inches, drop those extra 10 to 15 pounds or more. You look for an exercise program that fits your schedule and will deliver quick results. Beware of the danger of going too slow with endurance exercises.
Dr. Al Sears, a board certified medical doctor, found that cardio training and aerobics do not make you lean, protect you from heart disease or boost your energy. In fact, the opposite is true. Do enough cardio or aerobic routines and you can become sick, tired, and old before your time. A Harvard research group studied the effects of light and vigorous exercise. Those who exercised more vigorously had a lower risk of death compared to those who had a lower intensity. Low intensity, long duration exercises like aerobics and cardio increase the risk of heart disease and death.
Long-duration exercise like aerobics and cardio burn fat during your workout. But that’s the problem. Your body does not burn fat when you are not exercising. Instead, your brain sends a message to your body that you need a reserve of fat available for the next time you do long-duration exercise. That means, your body is trained to make more fat every time you finish exercising. That’s why you may have such a hard time losing fat at the gym.
Every time you burn fat during exercise, you body adjusts to make more fat. You don’t gain any progress. It’s like treading water in a vat of molasses. Dr. Sears developed the PACE program that helps people get long-term results, no matter how de-conditioned or out-of-shape they are.
PACE stands for Progressively Accelerating Cardiopulmonary Exertion. PACE is a smarter way to exercise hard for a short duration, like about one minute, rest for about two minutes. Then, repeat that sequence three more times. In less than twelve minutes, you can exercise your heart, lungs and muscles to create a stronger, healthier body.
If you keep up with this exercise over the course of a few months, your energy level and strength will amaze you. No diet pill or crash diet will make your body stronger and healthier in the long run.
The Dr. Al Sears exercise program will teach you to get big results in burning fat from small amounts of exertion. What a way to burn fat!

While no one denies the benefits gained from grueling aerobic exercise routines, the recent news published by 'A…
Daffy – Lol… I've tried those, too. I have no rhythm, either.
I can dance, but I cannot to aerobic routines.
I love it! Hi – this linked to one of my Move 2008 posts thanks to WordPress. My philosophy behind Move was exactly that – just move and have fun with it. Dancing is one of my aerobic routines too. So is walking. The closest thing I come to a is the stationary bike I have, but I love using that while I watch tv so it feel like work at all. I move because I spent a year being unintentionally sedentary and I felt it. in my 40s so it is more heightened if you move. For me, exercise has nothing to do with numbers on a scale, it is just about being healthy and fit and flexible and strong.
I love your outlook!
