    This may help. Think of your body as a machine. Things go in and things go out. Processing these things determines where they go and how they go. If you eat 3 big meals a day. Your limiting your bodies ability to breakdown those meals at once. If UPS only turned on it's conveyor belts a few times a day they would pile up and get kicked off the belts..right. Same as calories. If your body can't process calories efficiently a good portion of those will get kicked off the belt and turn into a backlog of boxes or FAT. Muscle is the key to a high efficiency body. The best way to build muscle is resistance training. None of this matters if you are receiving more than you're shipping Once fat is created in the body it NEVER leaves. And NO UPS is not paying me to write this response! The bottom line here is this….the only person that cares about the number on the scale is YOU. What matters is having a healthy, toned body. Health alone is not determined by weight. Start weight/resistance training and track your weights…not your weight. Try to build strength and a fabulous body will ensue. Some key reps are 8-15 sets of 4. The best results will happen when you limit calorie intake and ramp up the weights.
