    I read the whole thing, hehe. I think you have the right attitude. Also, I really strongly believe that you do NOT need to run 6 times a week to be a strong runner. In fact, muscle building makes your body stronger and improves your running (but don't do crazy heavy leg stuff, that will just put you out of commission for the next day's run). Good luck! :)
