    @SGKingPhill Well soccer is a pretty good form of cardio because you’re moving your legs a lot and doing a lot of sprinting and running. Most soccer players have good leg development and are pretty lean. There is no need to train your stomach muscles every night. 2-3 times a week is fine. The best determiners as to what your body is doing FAT- wise, is the scale and waist measurement. If the waist measurement (taken at the navel) is getting smaller, you’re losing fat. What’s your diet like?

  2. SGKingPhill says:

    @brushfour44
    Um, I eat a normal breakfast, like bacon and toast or toaster struddle, then for lunch, im in school, usually eat chicken tenders, then i get home and eat what my mom cooks, healthy food though. Then a snack after i come back from the gym.

  3. brushfour44 says:

    King,..how much do you weigh?? Also, you say bacon and toast or toaster strudle, and chicken tenders,..there must be more to it then that I’m guessing. What I mean is,..what do you drink with those meals and what other foods do you eat with the chicken tenders at lunch lets say? Of course you know that many of the foods you listed already are both fat, sugar, and somewhat calorie dense. They are also somewhat light on fiber, bulk and nutritional content. I’ll wait for you answer.

    hey steve! i have a interesting question thats been losing mind lately!! Im a great Bruce lee fan and you know hes famous for his outrageous lean, scorching ripped, define musculare body :D !! His body is completely defined and heres my question. Since his exercises are compared to bodybuilding exercises, ive seen today’s bodybuilders that carry SO MUCH MASS in their muscles, especially you ;) , and Bruce lee’s body is skinny yet so muscular. How does he avoid his muscles from bulking up?

  5. SGKingPhill says:

    @brushfour44
    Oh I weigh 165 and I dont drink soda, only water and juice, Im just trying to find reasonable nutrition changes

What can i do to lose the belly fat i have without giving away my muscle. i try eating less but i feel like my body needs more food just to survive . please help me out.

  8. BodyPerformanceTV says:

    @n2oxide2 Stop taking the protein shakes. They’re not helping. THEN increase the intensity and effectiveness of your lifting. Go to my site BodyPerformanceTV and listen to the free audio files on exercising.

    @uberkewl19- Eat more fat for energy not carbs. good luck

  11. topheramazz says:

    @joetheazl Bruce Lee has a very different body structure than most big body builders. many asians are ectomorphic and do not build huge hulking muscles. He also did alot of cardio training of his whole body which makes it difficult to grow huge. As a good martial artist and REAL fighter he did not want to be large- it is a hinderance for quick and nimble attacks/evasion. Bruce lee trained more for strength and power/speed not size. hope that helps….

    @SGKingPhill Check out Weston A. Price or Paleo nutrition for great nutrition advice
    metabolic typing works well for many also. good luck

    This guy knows what he is talking about….I was listening to your 6-16-10 show and you said “most ladies dont want to train heavy because they are afraid they are going to wake up big the next day”. hahahaha. I have some idiot friend who was telling me not to take a protein supp because I was gonna get huge like Arnold. hahahahaha the process of gaining muscle is so slow that no one ever says ” oh damn it….I put on just a little too much muscle”.

    Some people said that you should not drink cold water during exercise because that is the time fat started to burn. If you drink it,it will cool down the fat burning process. It is encourage that you may drink water after an hour of exercise.
