I’m allready training four days a week pretty hard, but i want to do many of the exercises i have seen you do. but can it be a problem with the resting part? can I overwork the muscles? the days I don’t train are saturdays and sundays. Is that enough?
is circuits only good for just burn fat or is it good building muscles to?
@skaneevigt, generally you need 2-3 days break before you start working a muscle group again.. I’de suggest breaking them down into groups.. Biceps+triceps+forearm extencor and flexor // Pectoral+abdomine // shoulders + traps + lats // if you want to — Thighs+ calfs+ butox + tibilialus anterior. A whole body workout over a 4-day period so by the time you start the process back over your other muscles have time to rest.

i’m juss starting to work out 6 days a week but i don’t really have a set plan and i usually work out at home cuz i don’t have time to work out at a gym so i’m basically working out with no weights.
