      This may help. Think of your body as a machine. Things go in and things go out. Processing these things determines where they go and how they go. If you eat 3 big meals a day. Your limiting your bodies ability to breakdown those meals at once. If UPS only turned on it's conveyor belts a few times a day they would pile up and get kicked off the belts..right. Same as calories. If your body can't process calories efficiently a good portion of those will get kicked off the belt and turn into a backlog of boxes or FAT. Muscle is the key to a high efficiency body. The best way to build muscle is resistance training.       Great post! You see, I’m currently working on a blog post and, depending on where my writing takes me, I might just put a citation for this post in it. I hope you won’t mind if I do. Anyway, people all over are making their own takes on what makes for a great muscle building program/routine. The way I see it is that all the things that they are saying… nay, preaching can be rolled up into one thing and that is having the self-discipline to follow-through with whatever it is that you are doing.
