what he is saying is true. Your body needs more calories to gain muscle, but it needs lower calories to lose fat. the two goals conflict and even if you try going at both goals at the same time, you wont get as far as someone else who is focusing on only one of these goals at a time
@DDKGlitches thats what im doing too lol i lost 5 pounds… lol woo!
@xasiankid92x yea man just keep it up. i was 225 pounds now i am down to 184. i
i mean this guys is BS dont listen to him.
MORRON
@DDKGlitches how long did u run and did u change ur diet?
@xasiankid92x I Run 15 min. before working out and 20 min after.
hey what’s up yall, you want to gain muscle just do every excercise with intensity. I do push up everyday and lift light weight and my muscle are strong, healthy. Don’t listen to this F*ck face. LOL
@MrBubbin this guy is a personal trainer that went to school for this stuff and what are you? prolly some internet nerd so stop talking shit
If you are new to resistance training with cardio and the average joe then it is very possible to lose fat and gain some muscle. The average person is probably well over 20% bf if not close to 30% these days so they will have an easy time doing both. I know this because I went through the same thing. However, once I became leaner I found it very difficult to lose fat without creating a huge calorie deficit and sacrificing some muscle in the process. It all depends on your current fitness level.
This guy doesnt know anything, i’ve been running about 3 miles a day in addition to weights for about a month. I’m slimmer now, but I still weigh the same, which shows that it is possible to burn fat and build muscle at the same time.
My only reply to this is Mike Mentzer. His High intensity training plus dieting allowed him to gain muscle while staying shredded. Gaining muscle and staying shredded is very much possible, its just harader to do than just focusing on one or the other.
this guy is a fuckin idiot. please youtube do yourself a favor and dont listen to this guy
OK Vince so lets say I decide fo rthe next 3 to 6 months I want to lose wieght should I not be lifting weights? Your other videos seem to say that lifting weights is the way to burn fat. HOw should I train to focus on losing weight?
so true…
@DDKGlitches so is it important to lift various weights and running ?
and how long does it take to burn fat and keep the muscle ?
My Weight is: 80Kg ,and Height:187cm
can give me some hints, please ?
cuz you seem to know these things…
you need at least 4 days a week 11/2 hour each day the reason you need that extra 1/2 hour because in that time you should do cardio. 15 min. before your workout and 15 min. after your workout. it is important to run and lift weights.
you have to be very patient and consistent.
just exercise and you´ll see the results.. i go to gym 3 days a week and i really push hard.. i really have noticed the difference.. you have to be patience,, dont give up
how do you find out your body fat?

@DDKGlitches Don’t do cardio everyday. You lose testosterone from it hampering or even stopping muscle growth. I have tuesdays and thursdays as cardio days along with maybe Saturday.
you can do both at the same…. high amounts of protein, low carb intake… will allow you to do both
@DDKGlitches agreed, this guy has no clue what he is talking about…. lots of protein and very low carb intake… Have a good workout routine 4-6 times a week. You will be able to accomplish both
I don’t know if this guy is right I had a weight problem and my trainier made me to weights and cardio at the same time. Not only did I lose weight but I gain muscle after 3 months of hard work and dieting.
You can gain muscle and loose fat, cause I did as well, I don’t think he’s ever been fat.
FAIL
Nice but I enjoy working out with 8 pound weight. Any idea on how I can build faster shoulder muscle with that. I am thinking of setting up a full gym someday.
an exercise working on power and explosion each and ever BLIP. great workout and great results in performance
