But I found, especially with Chalene Johnson, she also urges you to go on the Beachbody forums, onto the Turbo Jam website, where they have more pointers for the regime – recipes etc… Yes, right – it does kind of put you down a one-way street kind of mindset, but a Which is better than some people who try to research themselves, have no idea where to and just give up.
