    :X i can’t make big chest muscle :X idk why please how to train do i need to use proteins or some stuff like this …. all of my friends that has big chest muscles use some stuff but i want mine naturaly i meen i want big chest muscles but can’t do them how i have to train to make them ? i don’t think this excersises will work on me : do i need some fitness training? or body weight excersises are best for chest muscles to become bigger naturaly ? please help :X thank you

    @MrMartinHead use the cables in your gym…do the twisting wood chop move like I do in the day 16 of 30 clip…I think that’s the one…it’s when I am in the gym…~ahmad

    Every one the best way is to use weights and take some creatine with protein shakes. Trust me thats how to grow faster.

    @Biiaattcchh100 agreed, don’t do this same workout everyday. try a split like: Monday – Chest/Shoulders
    Wed. – Back
    Friday – Legs/Abs
    recover the muscle group you work for atleast 48 hours. if those muscles are still sore do NOT work them out until they heal.
