@gleNNguitarist nope, you won’t gain fast. when lifting weight, try to control the weight because its the quality of the motion which gives you your gains, not the momentum. for eg, lifting heavy weights for biceps with momentum because your swinging them is not effective, instead, only use your biceps and control the weight, that way your bicep will feel the straight and you’ll get a pump. also, have patience and you shall see results. hope this helps.

@AlanBickerton It’s really important at both micro and macro levels. Don’t know whether its the right language to use, but at the micro level you need to rest for at least 30 seconds between sets to allow your body to recover at least 50% of your Phosphocreatine stores so the ATP-PC energy system could be used efficiently again and at the macro level you should train one large muscle group once every 72 hours to maximise hypertrophy and allow “damaged” muscle tissue to recover fully. talk soon
thanks very much great advise. another question – i am using maximuscle promax and progain but i have heard that the best thing to use is creatine. i am not 100% sure about taking it due to the side effects, whats your opinion about creatine?

lol u got it all wrong… if ur not losing weight then ur doin somethin wrong… muscle takes an incredibly long time to build, and if ur not in shape already then losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time should be easy and u should be losing weight…
