    I lost weight my 1st trimester with my first, one doctor yelled at me but i just lost weight by cutting out all the crap food and I ate really healthy.. Yous should set a goal to lose the weight you need to take it easy also but you probably will lose a few pounds by just eatting healthier before excerciing clear the kinds of excercise with your OB.. mine advised me not to excercise 1st trimester this time so your wanna double check with them first to play it safe!
