Body building/work out transformation

A new series dedicated to bodybuilding/workout. My transformation from when I started at 16 and by 18 I was ripped and had gained roughly 38 lbs of muscle. I got distracted/lazy and stopped when I was 20. Over 3 and a half years, I lost over 20lbs of muscle. Now at 23, I am starting up again and will go back to my previous weight and beyond. I started on Monday February 8th, 2010. Watch and join me as I progress towards my goal. I will be giving my routines and helpful tips to help you to reach your goals. Dude great transformation but I think that your arms are to big for the rest of your body. You need to be get a bigger chest and a bigger back. Your abs are awesome though. Which I think it’s the hardest thing.

no denying that I could use a lot more work on the overhead movements, especially the overhead squats. However, I do have one thing to say in our defense:There was ABSOLUTELY no need for those push presses to be in there. I had to set the bar down so often anyways that I probably did twice the number of power cleans and presses prescribed just to get it back into position for the next OH squat attempt. That being said, and now that recovered somewhat, I can admit that this was an excellent full-body workout routine that I just sucked at. I want another shot at this one someday.

Potassium is an essential dietary mineral that plays an role in muscle contraction. This includes the nerves, acid-base balance, kidney function, and your digestion of carbohydrates. Here is a article in which I’ll lay out exactly what it does for you, including the prevention of disease. If you don’t get enough potassium, you can develop high blood pressure, stroke, and other diseases. A dietary survey showed that daily intake in adult women was 2,300 milligrams (mg) and 2,100 mg for men.
