I hope my email won't be posted, this IS an embarassing problem for me hah. Anywho, I somehow feel some vindication in posting my story but I first and foremost want to thank you for having the courage to post your story and in such detail. Its comforting to know there are others with this problem.
Alright, I'll section this out to make it easier:
Section 1: My story/history
I started masturbating VERY late in life. I didn't successfully make myself come untill I was 16 years old. I mean, I had messed around with myself all the time and I even would have wet dreams some of the time but I had never ever masturbated untill I was 16 and living with my father. I grew up with my mother and my sister in a very controlling environment where I was exposed to a mother who remarried often and a sister with boy issues would was always upset or excited about a boy. I would always listen to her problems and be upset for her and I had vowed at an early age to not be like most guys. I wanted to box and do karate and stuff, but my mom only let participate in certain activities, my sister was very domineering and never was compassionate toward my own problems. I guess I've always seen women as superior untill later in life.
I moved in with my father at age 16 and a few months into my new environment I began to watch porn with a freer conscience and begin to develop as a teenager further. I had a girlfriend at the time who would give me handjobs or blowjobs, but I would always just say now and put my tool into a rag and just make some noises. I thought this was normal, and untill I had masturbated I had no concept of what an orgasm actually felt like. Once I masturbated, it was like the gates of heaven opened up…I didn't go out of the house for days haha.
However, I was perplexed with my problem, however being a naieve (SP) teen, I figured I had the gift of longevity and maybe she was just bad?
Shortly after our overly dramatic teenage love-romp ended I messed around with a girl who I had no feelings for emotionally and coming from a handjob was absolutely no problem. I had never even imagined this or expected it.
This would be the foreshadowing moment for the rest of my life. I have no problem coming when receiving a hand-job or blow-job from someone I don't give a crap about, but when it comes to doing ANYTHING with someone who I'm emotionally attached to, it just doesn't happen.

Sometimes before sex, I could NOT get aroused from anxiety, most times, arousal was no problem especially with some contact or help. But coming was. I had done some research and went out on a limb and told her.
After about a month we hadn't had sex at all and one night on a trip we tried once again. I know it sounds crazy, but after about 40 minutes of sex she moved into a VERY specific position (on top of me bent down with her weight on me) and I finally came. For the first time in my life with INTERCOURSE. I had come. Life was good.
She was dishonest, we had issues, we ended our relationship.
fastfoward again. I am now 23 years old and bitter. I have once again become attached to another girl yet I cannot come and it IMMEDIATELY frustrated and angered her during sex. I told her about my problem and she understood…but I think I scared her off.
SECTION 2: Correlational behavior
If you guys are like me, you've been accused often of being “Too Nice.” I often get that from girls who I am attracted to as I tend to give them more respect than most of the guys they date, I tend to put them on a pedastal in all honesty. This is certainly a factor from my upbringing, but sexually, I think it correlates to performance anxiety as I am so concerned with pleasing my partner that my own desires become insignificant. Sometimes I'll begin to think “Oh no, what if i cant come?” and then my erection will dissipate and a panic will set in, and by then its too late. The girl thinks its her, and I'm left clutching my throbbing blue sac of insecurity and hopelessness once again.
Section 3: my health and habits
I am currently training for my first professional (after 2 amateur) MMA fight next april. I am currently a personal trainer and former powerlifter. My diet is typically spot on and I use no prohormones or androgenic supplements of any kind. I typically eat a 60% organic diet (Im broke because of it).
I have a hard time shutting off, my mind is always busy, always worried. I sometimes feel trapped in my own prison. I tend to be trusting towards people who i form an attachment for and always put myself last. Noble and chivalrous right? Well DONT EVER EVER BE THIS WAY. Girls hate it, they want assholes to treat them badly and nobody ever says thank you.
I digress…
I want to also say that I too ONLY sleep on my stomach or side with my penis typically tucked under my abdomen. I believe from a physiological standpoint this may be a large factor in our condition.
I sleep ONLY on my stomach or side. I think this may be a HUGE factor in our problem from a physiological standpoint. I'm going to try sleeping on my back for the next few nights and I'll keep you all informed on outcomes with masturbation and such. Perhaps I can even find a partner, but its hard to find the motivation to pick up a girl when you know you'll just make her mad from not coming and scare her off. Fucking Pathetically Frustrating.
A few supplements that may help you guys, I've noticed a few minor improvements from them.
The amino acid L-arginine, specifically in the L-arginine Ethyl Ester Malate form, it seems to pass the gastrointestinal barrier better than other forms and erections and sensitivity seem to be increased marginally. AAKG or arginine alphaketoglutarate doesnt help me so much sexually, but does provide better nitric oxide balance for training.
L-Histidine, another obscure amino acid. New Beta-Alanine supplements carry this amino acid with it, as L-histidine and beta alanine are precursors to carnosine production in skeletal muscular tissue. HOWEVER, messing with beta alanine isn't reccommended unless you're going to lift or exercise as it causes an uncomfortable skin flush.
The best combination to find L-histidine is with Citruline Malate. In combination these amino acids and precursors help with overall blood flow and capilary dialation. Good hunting.
I've tried Yohimbe, black pearl, horny goat weed, etc…none of them seem to do anything except make me moody. And if you all are like me, desire isnt a problem, its the feeling of hopelessness that sets it.

i have taken creatine monohydrate at 5 grams a day and noticed good results on that. do u think that Creatine ethyl ester is better than monohydrate. i took monohydrate cuz it was cheaper.

Thats a very good video but the problem is most of the gyms are very busy and it is impossible to go from one machine to another one.
