Excellent video, very clear, best video seen so far..
@m4nlyk0wnz creatine is used half hour before workout, and protein within an hour after workout.
@DoggerG4592 It’s also good to have 5g. of creatine after your workout to replenish your muscles… Actually it’s more important to take creatine AFTER your workouts than it is to take it before your workouts.
Hey I have a doubt. I have heard that creatine lends shape and size to your body by retaining water. Does that mean that my size will shrink if I stop using them and I ll become a lot weaker. Does it also mean that if I start taking that I will have to continue using it for ever??? And also please help me with some vegetarian diet that can help put on weigh and is also not too expensive. I am 5’10 and very skinny about 125 pounds
@dragon9786 Yes creatine makes you retain some water. But that is not the point of it. Click on the link in the video description and go to the “Creatine” section on the website to get more info on creatine and how it works.
…You don’t have to take it forever. Only when you want to gain more size. And as far as a vegetarian diet, you need protein to gain weight so you’ll be stuck with using Soy protein sources mostly. It’s going to be hard gaining weight on a vegetarian diet.
Bro, you have great body. Do you recommend using any Nitric oxide, i been hearing good stuff about it. Also if you can let me know, whether i should take the creatine and protein shake before or after workout. I am 145 IB now, so if you can advise me how much of creatine and protein i should take.
Thank you Big bro.
This doesn’t work for me, I’ve tried all of these, check the Ensure and Weight gainer to gain weight, this sucks.
@sethiroph08 You can’t just take supplements and expect to gain weight. You need a real weight training plan and a weight gain diet. In fact you don’t need supplements to gain weight at all. Don’t blame the supplements, blame your weight training and dieting habits.
@WeightGainNetwork This comes from a guy who eats , Chicken, Tuna, Essential fatty acids. Don’t Bs me
@sethiroph08 I’m not sure where you’re going with this bud… All I’m saying is if you can’t gain weight don’t expect supplements to be your answer. Supplements are never the “problem.” The problem is always with your weight training and dieting. Make sense?
@WeightGainNetwork I know that one cannot gain from the supplements alone. I’m a hard gainer and only go to the gym every other day. I could eat about 5-6 meals and still don’t see why I cannot gain at least 5 pounds.
@sethiroph08 Do you know exactly how many calories you’re eating each day? Try planning your meals and calculating exactly how many calories you’re taking in on a daily basis. From there, add 200 daily calories. If you still don’t gain, add another 200 calories… etc. Until you start gaining. Also, try going to the gym 3 days a week instead of every other day. You may be over training. I only ever go to the gym 3 days a week. You need to give your body enough time to rest and grow new muscle.
@WeightGainNetwork Like I said. As a hard gainer I would eat and drink some supplements if I cannot eat chicken or any other high protein foods. It’s just ridiculous that I’ve been in the gym for more than 6 years eating right. and still no results and I don’t even over train. In summer it’s just worse. If I miss a day I look twice as thin as the weeks I didn’t miss. who do I believe?
Great video.
Awesome Video. Thanks for sharing with us.

lol wtf, does some1 drop a glass in the background or somthing, u think they wulda edited tht out
Hello weightGainNetwork. I seen your video and it was pretty helpful. I have a bit problem of my own. Ive been taking Cellucor supplements for the past 4 months or so. Ive been taking the P6 testosterone booster, the M5 mass builder, and the R3 tissue recovery. I just started my second cycle right now after being off for about 8 weeks. The first time I tok all 3 of the supplements, I truly stepped my game up. I gained about 10-15 lbs, me strength gone up about 20-30lbs….
The problem Im having now, is that my weight has been fluctuating here and there. Going from 176 to 171 and shooting back up to 175. Could that just be water weight? My goal is to get to at least 185lbs. So my main concern is that should i continue taking these supplements? Also, I don’t have the luxury or the budget to afford 5 freaking meals a day. But I do tend to take in decent amount of protein, amino acids, and carbs.
@13productionzBlack If your weight is not increasing it simply means you are not eating enough calories. It’s easier than you think to eat 5 or 6 meals a day. A protein shake, handful of walnuts, and 2 bananas counts as a meal. This is a super-cheap meal that you can take anywhere with you too. If you can’t afford food, then quit taking the supplements. Except for protein powder, because it’s such a convenient source of protein. Take that extra money and spend it on food so you can start gaining
@Frankii3 yh and a smaller dick lol
