    Dr. Dahlman you dont know how you saved my life. I was going to kill myself I was in so much pain. It took me 6 month to get to no pain but people shouldnt be discouraged because my hernia was huge and was caused and made bigger by constant abdominal exercises. Keep going with it guys because it does work and avoid abdominal exercised and stretching.
