In responce to CheappBarbie’s comment, you can use a shoe/trainer instead of a ball. You can use anything as long as your holding something between your feet as it activates your thigh muscles..

@yellowpeep95 That is up to you to decide. Only you know how many you can handle at one session, what other exercise you do, how much you weight atm, etc, etc.
Personally I would probably do it in intervalls, maybe 20-30 at a time and some other “moves” inbetween.
LOVE IT! I am new to exercising and your videos are AWESOME, you tell us exactly what and how to do them. Keep up the great work, I have 3 kiddos so it’s hard to go to the gym. At home exercising is terrific.
