that whole low intensity vs high intensity in the end comes down to on simple thing “whats your goal” HIIT will have a better effect but will deplete glycogen which may not be desirable for someone like a bodybuilder, or medical conditions preventing that level of intensity.
there is no one is better than the other its just whats your goal, but most people will fall under HIIT.

I used to hate training, but my tip is that I took up an interest in nature which I enjoyed, this got me outside and into a routine, after a lot of walking I began jogging and sprints in the woods, still keeping n eye on nature and forgetting I was running.
Now I love running and my appreciation for nature has also greatly improved my diet, realising fresh food tastes 100 times better than processed.
