@1ceECo1d Yea But Running Well Make Me loose all wieght iam just trying to ONLY LOOSE Stomach wieght

  5. 1ceECo1d says:

@losangeles1angel No you will lose weight from your stomach mainly. There is no way to just lose fat in one part of the body and avoid another. DOING SIT UPS AND CRUNCHES WILL NOT LOSE FAT AT ALL!!! Its only making your core stronger that is it and that is all. If you want to lose fat in your belly then cardio (running.. etc) is the only way to go. Any fitness person or trainer will tell you the same thing unless you do it thru surgery or use pills.. but trust me.. running will lose belly fat

  6. 1ceECo1d says:

Been doing this 2 weeks and my core and abs feel a lot tighter and bigger.. this is what people should follow!!

  7. kokocipher says:

I don’t understand the last one.

  8. kokocipher says:

@saltypork3 I always get at least a day to rest,, no matter what muscles you’re training on; otherwise, your muscles will ache during exercise. I learned it the hard way.

  9. kokocipher says:

@1ceECo1d I highly recommend swimming and riding a bike in additional to running. Swimming is actually the best. Because people usually work harder when struggling for him/her life. ;]

  10. kokocipher says:

@sMnHarmony at least 2 months for me. Then when I stopped for one week, it all went away xD

  11. kokocipher says:

@peanutlovesyou11 If your belly has fat, then it will take a lot longer. People without belly fat will be able to see those abs sooner. If you’re one of those belly fat people, be sure to modify your diet. Throw away the sugary soda and start drinking water, Gatorate, and protein shake. french fries, cheese burger, bacon, and beer? forget it. Replace it with a high vege/fruit diet. And start eating 6 meals a day :)

  12. kokocipher says:

@MrPivotzor if you don’t allow a day to rest your muscles, they will ache during exercise. I did that for my triceps. I always do push ups eveyrday , and one day it started to hurt so bad that I couldn’t even do one.

  19. LittlePinky82 says:

Looks good. Seems like a similar way to Jackie Warner does her abs exercises that I’ve seen recently on ExerciseTV and she has nice abs that aren’t too bad for females I think. I just have a little belly to lose. How long did it take the guy shown at the end?

  20. LittlePinky82 says:

@kokocipher I would agree. When I began working out at the beginning of this yr it was quite painful. I wasn’t doing much at first 10-20 min’s a day for five days a week. I was quite out of shape though at the time… But yeah it eventually goes away the more you do it. The burn is a good sign cause it shows you it’s working.

  21. LittlePinky82 says:

@kokocipher I would say cause of the water resistance. It makes you work harder to get through it vs just running with nothing around but thin air.

I was so happy I got a chance to lift weights today. I think it makes a huge difference too. There is a reason why the Body for Lifer people look so good – weight training can really transform your body. I am finding that rowing is providing me cardio and building muscle but my goal is to get to 2-3 times a week of light weight training. Weight training gives me more energy too which is always a good thing.

Wy not just roll up a pillow, and place it in the small of your back? Do 20-25 crunches before you get out of bed first thing in the morning. Get those abs firing then try this breakfast:

I take a small saucepan (2 cups?) and put about an inch of water in it. Sprinkle in a couple of ounces of Quaker quick pearled barley (like you’d use in beef barley stew). The barley takes about 5 minutes to boil. When it begins to boil, add a generous amount of ground cinnamon. The barley will need to boil for another 5 minutes to be tender. While it’s boiling, slice some Rome apple, crush a few walnuts…….with about 3 minutes left on the barley add the slow-cook type oatmeal (not the one-minute stuff, it’s too “processed”). If you can get steel-cut oats, even better; but they take about 12 minutes to cook so put them in the pan at the same time as the barley. With the oatmeal added, lower burner to simmer, cook and stir for a couple more minutes adding the apples and walnuts. The barley is an insulin buffer and will ward off insulin spikes during the day. (Tip: Omit the barley on days you lift because you’ll want a post workout insulin spike). Barley also lowers bad cholesterol…even better than the highly touted oatmeal. The cinnamon is a natural thermogenic (fat-burner). And the walnuts have mono-unsaturated fats to help destroy belly fat.
