Awesome! Not enough of this stuff out there. keep it coming lads
Wow. Never heard of this workout. But I am now VERY interested in trying it out!
Hey:) I have a hard time understanding how kettlebell training can be genderspecific… Learning proper swing-snatch-press technique has, as i see it, nothing to do with whether you’re a guy or a girl or something inbetween…
I think the workout in this video isn’t gender specific, however it focuses on areas of the body that women in particular are concerned about. Also its rare to see good kettlebell instructional videos with women involved.
Hi Chach – I agree that the video isn’t genderspecific – what I object to is calling it ‘kb’s for women’ there is no such thing. Gluteues maximus and minimus (ass) are equally important for men and women – just like hip extension is and pressing strength and so on. Maybe if they called it ‘kb’s by women’ that would be more to the point. But definitely more women should do kb’s – super fun/ctional way to get in shape – litterally
id hit it

thanks for the interest guys…..got a few more in the pipeline for the girls….let us know if you have any good ideas and well put up a vid!
Hi my wife is interested in starting kettlebell training !! and im trying to get her some workout ideas. i was wondering if you would recommend doing these in a tabata style workout ? and would they be benificial for toning and and giving you an good aenorobic workout at the same time ??
Good vid man!
Awesome exercises… great video! Very clear! Thanks!
I would like to know how to lose the fat under the upper arms. You know the sagging flesh? I can’t wait to get rid of the fat! Oh I just bought a 5 lbs kettlebell for my arms. I know it’s very light but I am a beginner and want to focus on the tricep areas.
what weight was she using? or what weight would be recommended for a beginner? thanks.
Great workout!
Awesome ideas! I’m a sportbike rider and want to get into better shape to start with as well as maintain my core strength off-season. I used to indoor-wall climb during the winter months but laid off it over a year ago…this will do nicely! (Plus I’m starting back climbing in a month I think…)
please correct her posture! she is snapping her knees in the first exercise. Kettle weight training needs to be done more fluently and controlled.
@ annehadarik
Agreed. Swings arent well executed.
