I also lost about 70 pounds from not eating carbs and running about 6 days per week. I have been at my goal weight for over a year and maintain it by running about 20-25 miles per week. And I get to eat carbs again! congrats to you!
Good for you! Congrats and make sure that you continue working out, I made the mistake of not working out and I lost all my muscle mass, As a male I weighed starting from 200lbs to about 110lbs after 4 months of phase one South Beach diet.

@zarate760 It is a very strict diet that involes someone completely taking out carbs and certain foods for a few weeks, then when in phase 2, u can bring back some carbs, in phase 3 u can bring back more. There is a book out for it. I tried it in grade 9 and lost 20lbs, and was 160… now (6 years later) im 202 *sigh*. lol
Now this is what you call inspiration! wow you did it and i truly hope you get back down to your weight goal again. I kinda slipped up this past week and i’m back in the game without luckily too much inpact. xx

@zarate760 – There’s a book on it. I’m not 100% sure myself, but I think it’s just eating omelettes, salads, fish– look it up on the internet.

every workout is different, every day your metabolism is different. I ate enough carbs during that day so my body said that I could eat fewer calories. If you’re full after the workout why would you stuff in more carbs? Follow your instincts always
