Balance Training Exercises

However, it’s an area often overlooked and ignored by fitness enthusiasts and sometimes even trainers.     Balance is such a critical part of one’s fitness and one too often neglected.

    I use balance training with all of my clients and boot campers as part of our movement prep series and in other parts of our programs as well. Thanks Fabio and ACE for bringing this excellent material to the forefront!
