I was in the best shape of my life before I had my son 7 mths ago and now I’m finding it hard to tighten the lower abdominals again. I workout 3 times a week (at least) but I’m only seeing progress everywhere else. I dont eat junk food either.
Any ideas?
@sw33tchilli3 It’s not junk food, it’s ALL processed foods… breads, pastas, pasteurized dairy and fruit juices. I eat a high raw whole foods organic diet with very little animal protein.
