    The interviewer is very funny.

I have the book. I read it, did not try it, and put it in a box. Time to try it.

  7. boomya555 says:

Ever Hear of , oh I don’t know maybe EXERCISE?

  8. billwynne says:

A little sarcastic there boomya555 but you are absolutely right. For years now the medical community has been validating the benefits of exercise for not only weight loss but many articles of health physically and mentally. I personally use the P90X system that you may have seen on TV.

  9. ValueUs says:

Hmmm … This is an interesting concept. We always talk about a balanced diet. I never considered pH balance before. Acid is pretty prevalent in our foods.

The interviewer is pretty rude. The person is a Doctor. Which means he has more hours in the classroom, than you have used your brain in your life.

Even if he did not have a degree that makes your journalist degree seem like nothing, oh it is. Anyway, this is no way to treat a guest.

Which is one reason why I already don’t watch CNN.

some of us are injured and have a limited ability to get enough cardio. I miss being able to run, I miss my precor, but I need a new answer.

  11. billwynne says:

Trying alkaline water cannot hurt. Let me know if you would like to try an Alkaline Water Ionizer.
