man…black, white, and latin people are all equally potentially good at boxing and can all have both great power and great technique (james toney is black and he has technique unparalleled by anyone in boxing.)
at the moment, boxing however is dominated by black and latin people

Dont mix up boxing with this race bullshit… there’s plenty of awesome black boxers, latino boxers, white boxers – your race doesnt determine shit when boxing, it’s the years and years of dedicated training. And what the hell is this ‘black people cant box’ thing? Have you ever heard of Mike Tyson, Roy Jones, Evander Holyfield, Muhammad Ali? And the list goes on and on…

white people aren’t aggressive like black and hispanic kids growing up. Where i grew up and work u’ll see kids play fighting, slap boxing, and getting some kind of sparring experience. Just stating a fact, u don’t see that kind of play fighting or action in the suburbs cuz some parent will call another parent and say “what’s wrong with your children?” Then their white child is on medication for ADHD when it’s not. lol i was joking the last bit i went off tangent. but the fact is stated above.

exactly right, race has nothing to do with how good you are at boxing.
With alot of boxers, it’s the conditions they live in that motivate them and make em more determined to get out. Like around the 60s, boxing was dominated by Italians and Jews from poor neighborhoods in Brooklyn/ Bronx. Then African American’s from areas with high poverty (just look at the childhood of Mike Tyson/ Bernard Hopkins/ Hasim Rahman etc). Now it’s eastern Europeans who fight to put bread on the table…
