    All are hard but appreciate the alternative ways. Too bad there wasn’t a piece of equipment that would support the feet better than just a ball where your trying to concentrate on keeping the feet on it as it is.

    Assuming there is 1 mg/L in the water supply and 170 lbs (77.3 kg) person, need to consume at least:
    - 2473 Liters of water to die
    - 231 Liters of water for adverse effects
    - 15.46 Liters for mild stomach />
    Re-examine your sources and do the math.
