    i also want to get my abs slim, but i dont jog, instead i do like 30 min a day with bike. does that also work, or jogging is more effective?

    @tubemansor Hi, to loose weight (and reduce belly fat) I suggest cardio workout, and to tone muscles please check abdominal and hip and butt exercises on our channel.

    @BLAZEgaming101 there are no stupid questions… ;)
    reduce fat on your stomach – Include cardio workout to burn it… and most of all eat right foods – I sent you the articles :)
    Perform abdominal (but also exercises targeting the other parts of your body).
    About the abdominal workout – my recommendation is: if you are a complete beginner choose 5 abdominal exercises; perform each exercise 10 times in 3 sets (which gives you 30 repetitions of each exercise, 150 in one training )…

    @steadyhealth first few days your abdomianl area will be painful and sore simply because your muscles are not used to working out, but with time (less than a month) you get used to them . when you do, increase the number of repetitions, or stay at that number, but include weights for example which will make it harder to perform.
    another trick is to perform the exercise at lower speed – try that out and you will definitely notice a difference ;)

    @steadyhealth Thanks again oh and another thing, whats how do I do Cardio workouts? oh and also besides that my brother in law is a fighter and he said doing 200 sit ups in a day is also quite effective, so is that true? cause 10times only in 3 different sets Im not sure if its also effective and immediate…

    @BLAZEgaming101 cardio means anything that will make your heart beat faster – running, swimming, fast walking, jumping the rope etc. it is very important to perform stretching before starting training (at least 5-10 min.) because this way you will protect your knees, ankles… cardio should be performed for at least 10-15 minutes. yes, 200 abdominals on is effective (perform various abdominal exericses, not just sit ups because this way you will target different parts of your abdominal area)

    im a girl i do these leg raises there great toning im not fat but in a week of doing 200 a day reps of 20, 15 with 1 min breaks was great! i saw a huge inprovment its amazing on just one exersice in 1 week takes dedication tho
