I have a question does loosing wieght also depened on your age, becuase I`m 15. so i want to know approximately how long it will take.
Sure, but the age is on your side.
For losing weight I recommend cardio workout (dancing, jogging, swimming….) with combination of strength and toning exercises (like this one). Also do not forget tod rink at least 1,5 liters of water on daily basis and of course watch out what you eat.
yeA the younger you are the easier it will be to lose weight. i would also recommend running and swimming and don’t do weights yet because you are still growing. and just watch what you eat
its not so hard once you keep trying them. depends on your age too im 17 so theyre easy for me.
what exercise will you reccomend to tone lower part abs. cause i already have the shape in my upper part. but i think my lower part needs improvement still.

@TheIcyDice i am sorry but 30 crunches a day will very probably not lead you to having six packs. besides abdominal workout alone cannot result in six pack – you need to incorporate nutrition into the whole thing…
wow~! this looks reallt recolutionary. I hope when they say side abomonials that would mean this exercise is good for back fat and love handles I used to have a good stomahc and strong core so I think with some training I could get that back…just been eating too many carbs etc LO<
@TheIcyDice i dont just do crunches to keep my abs up i run,ride a bike,crunch,hip roll,dance,and more it really works and i do this every other night for about and hour and 30 min i noticed my abs about 3 weeks later try it

@dimepeace1 Hi, if you are just starting and you aren’t overweight and are not having health problems, you can start with at least 100/day (choose 5 different abdominal exercises / each 20 repetitions) – each following week add one more exercise. results should be visible after 1 month or even sooner.

With proper nutrition, cardio workout and these exercises anything from 1.5 month to 6 months (or more)…but then again we are all different….

If herd bound, is there any way you can pull her away from the herd and stick her in a stall? A few days – few weeks of that (you would of course have to get her out DAILY at minimum and let her stretch and work out) and be better, but you might have to do small cycles of that to break her of it. If she learns to enjoy her time with you usually get a little better too. Round pens help with lunging. She might be out of shape or sore if she has no endurance to canter longer than 1x. Work with her and try to ask for a little more every so often (example: Week 1 1x around with no argument, Week 2x around, etc). Maybe not weeks, but give her a chance to catch up. Abused horses need LOTS of lovey and learn to respect me time. Going for walks is good. Keep doing it. Work on showmanship (there is a reason it is taught and judged still). If you want to respond to her the way a horse would, be careful, because she will likely respond to you the same way a horse should…but seen trainers stand on one foot with the other leg bent up (like when a horse is ready to kick with the back leg) and if she respect you stopping, let her have it in the chest (odds are, your foot would be a lot less aggressive than another hoof, but effective when I saw it done). Do some trust building things, if she gets worked up, save her from it (not "oh poor baby"), but make the bad thing go away. And just to REALLY throw her off…take her tack and grooming stuff outside and work her in the pasture with her friends.This is probably the fastest way to show her that she can enjoy you without her friends and have her friend time back sooner (instant gratification is what I mean by fastest). Previously abused horses are usually insanely and have been used to survival over pleasurable experiences. It usually will also take longer to progress because of the trust factor. It will come. It be overnight, but give it time. Spend LOADS of time with her. Really ridiculous amounts of time. And let her see you loving on other horses and ignore her for a minute if she approaches you while doing so, then go love on her so she can 1. See not there to be a bully 2. get jealous because she knows you are HER human, not the other 3. If you ignore her a minute, think twice about waiting to approach you. 4. You give her love when YOU are ready, taking your lead, teaches patience and lets her see she will get a turn and that you really do love her. There are so many things you can do with her, but the secret to horses and getting positive results is being than the horse. That not said to be mean, even experience horse folks have times when the horse catches them being not as sometimes
All horses are different and different things work for everyone.
Good luck, be patient, kind and loving. figure it out. I wish I had an easy answer about the bridling…you might just have to go back to basics. reacting to someone probably having abused her and causing it to be a painful process. REALLY watch her body language when you bring the bridle near her. She will tell you wrong, you just have to listen in a very different way than how people communicate.

sorry about your girlfriend…your bestfriend sounds like my brother -_- he dates so many girls but none of it works out he dumps in after a month or 2 i dont know how ppl can be like that its messed up why would you feel jealous tho? just go out and have fun maybe you will find someone who will care about you just like your ex did i know you probably wont believe it now but it could happen
