@punktheman if you strengthen them enough you’ll be able to see your six pack without having as low a body fat, you still do need a low body fat though, just stronger abs can make it so you don’t need it as low

@DVDSNutz I’ve been doing it for 2 weeks and i do it 3-6 times a day and my abs are pretty damn tight now.. I’ve also been watching my eating so make sure to eat healthy if u want abs.. ease up on the fast food and shit
