@RYAN57HEINZ working the stomach doesn’t get rid of stomach fat. you can’t target where you want to lose fat. you just have to lose fat by doing cardio/resistance training, and eventually it will come off your stomach.
im a 14 year old boy and i would like to know how much sit up would i need to do and how long it would take to burn 38 lbs of fat doin this
im a 15 year old boy i have a six pack but barley noticeable so im going to keep doing this till my six pack is noticeable

@MrSniperknife correct, but when you do workouts as I have shown, as well as HIIT and eat single ingredient foods, you will lose fat all over including belly fat.
Note: I’m not saying do 100 crunches and you will shrink your belly.

Im a 17 yo male and trying to loose some belly fat, what’s the average progress with this workout and how many time do you advise repeating this routine?

I do this like 8x a day which you dont need to but don’t incorporate sit-ups into it. Crouching is working on your legs pushing up which gives your abdominal area(stomach) resistance to push the back up.

how can you lose stomach fat when you do push ups????!!!!
@cygaene because push ups are explosive excersises and use alot of your fat stores as energy rather than oxygen

i have just turned 16 and I managed 6 rounds! never really done anything like this before though i normally do weight training but i have decided i really want a six pack, damn good short workout though thanks mate
@cygaene no sit ups mainly just build the abdominal muscles, they do lose fat but press ups can do this faster, you cant lose just stomach fat, it’s an overall body percantage of fat
@cygaene U burn overall fat of your entire body,otherwise there would be fat people w/ sixpack and arms and legs all “big”

It really depends how much you way. I would say i would lose 5 pounds in a week i dont know how much you way. I am 11 and weigh 85 pounds. I need to go down to 80
