too many exercises
it’s better to focus on fewer excercises and do them harder.
Stronglifts 5×5 is better for bulking IMO
this is shit too light and way too many exercises youll end up looking like a scrawny model
This guy does bad form on pretty much EVERY exercise he shows you AND his advice is bad at best! . DO NOT LISTEN TO HIM!!!! ANYONE who wants to build muscle, either get a book or advice from someone who is a certified Instructor (preferably C.S.C.S) These guys are the best in the world at what they do. A great start off book is ‘Mens Health The Big Book of exercises’ Great book by a very well renowned expert. Not a wannabe like this guy!
18 x bodyweight is way too light. 20 x bodyweight is better
good workouts, great form
But i focus on one body part a day.
vince do you mean all seven exercises in one workout day. (Workouttime > 60min?). Wich combine to supersets? Should i do HIT or dropsets?
please answer.
he has that avatar look on his face
great workouts and good knowledge on diets, however it is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to go from a scrawny body to a body similiar to the professionals in 6 weeks! YOU CANNOT build huge muscle mass or bulk in that short space of time without using illegal supllements such as steroids. even then 6 weeks is not very long.
holy shit, u do all those exercises in one workout/?
so do u do all those exercise in one day?
lol bentover with round back
@TurboNooob
no, it took him a couple years to find out the right workout…….he spent YEARS following bodybuilder’s advice but according to him, a huge guy at some church helped him with a workout.
@Decimus77
he is just demonstrating the reps and exercises…….in real training ya think he’d do it right because he used to be extremely skinny before.
@ionos1988 hehee
yeahh i advise no one to listen to this workout its a weak workout and he has horrible technique
lol you squatting with like 55 pounds… that would be light as hell for me and im 160 pounds
@damnedfire ofc is it since deadlifts are legs :p
@partyongarth420 This is basically some excercise for ectomorphs.I doubt he uses this light weights for his routines.
@kunze44 FU.
@partyongarth420 Hes not showing how strong he is you retard. hes showing moves.
I love watching this kind of videos
Uhhh… I bet this guys Stronger than most all of you!!! It’s reps , the only thing that i found with bad tech. was the leg raises… But thats cause i keep my legs flat…. but he is good so SHUT UP!!!!!
Wait…Back Bent when he was doing the bent over row???
alot of complaining here, shit if you don´t like his videos and tips then stop wacht his videos as a natural bodybuilder myself i enjoy watching other natural athletes train, and IF i see something wrong i don´t play professor,, if it´s wrong for you well maybe it works for him and some others, just watch the damn video

Workout Routines to Build Muscle – Tips on How to Build Muscles Fast
what about protein?!?! and stuff with monosaturated and polyunsaturated fats? I would think hard boiled eggs would be good, avocados, almonds, hummus, pita, almond/peanut butter. it's good to balance the complex carbs (fruits, vegs, whole grains) with some protein and fat to get the nutrition you need to be building muscle (same thing when I trained for a marathon). i just imagine that eating fruits and vegs (or, like you said, simple carbs) wouldn't fill you up enough to get you through to dinnertime. or worse yet, your body might start breaking down muscle fiber if it doesn't have enough protein, which is counterproductive.

Wow Hunnybunn, you never stepped foot into a gym!! Your ignorant as hell.
Most people who are in the gym are a little overweight, middle-aged.. etc. Not everyone lives out in L.A. where liposuction is more common than working out.
And before you the argument, of “oh, well a fat ass and old” 20, and 120 lbs. I go to the gym to build muscle and swim a few times a week. Kthanks.
Took some inspiration from this. Thanks.
