    @Eddie2446 yeah hahah that is so true dude,when i work out they fuckin stare at me,and it makes nervous,it makes not be focus,so it ruins my entire routine,and ive seen some huge guys at the gym walking around talking about how wasted they were the night before and im like dude fuckin shut up!!,and i dont get it dude,they drink dont eat right,they work out like 3 minutes and walk around for 30 mnts and they are huge i hate it,

    These are GREAT tips. I liked to listen to hardcore rap/rock on the drive to the gym to get psyched.     do leg workouts more and you will grow quicker cause legs are the biggest muscles on your body, still got to hit upper body hard aswell. and if you want to get bigger even quicker try eating twice as much food in a day than usuall it feels unpleasant being bloated all the time. i did it and put on 2st in two months but when you want to start cutting fat stop eating twice as much.

    i guarantee this works cause i was skinny for years now im big and ripped if it doesnt work your lazy

    Hi TC, I love that “WWTV do”, that's awesome! Tom Venuto (TV) is amazing isn't he! He has competed at the highest levels in natural bodybuilding 27 times so maybe I should ask him!Anyway, I was partially successful in increasing my muscle mass while I cut up for a six-pack in Missions 1 & 2 so its not all bad.
