@xNeuroFilmsx ya but it depends on what kind of pain…seriously some people just don’t notice when somethings wrong I didnt and next time i lifted it was terrible I got some swollen nerve in my elbow from working triceps to heavy and couldn’t lift for like 2 weeks

These are GREAT tips. I liked to listen to hardcore rap/rock on the drive to the gym to get psyched. One time my friend waved hi to me at the gym and i didn’t even notice him and the next day he told me i looked like i was about to kill someone LOL im tellin ya what this guy is saying is true, the adrenaline rush can help you get in that extra set.

do leg workouts more and you will grow quicker cause legs are the biggest muscles on your body, still got to hit upper body hard aswell. and if you want to get bigger even quicker try eating twice as much food in a day than usuall it feels unpleasant being bloated all the time. i did it and put on 2st in two months but when you want to start cutting fat stop eating twice as much.

Hi TC, I love that “WWTV do”, that's awesome! Tom Venuto (TV) is amazing isn't he! He has competed at the highest levels in natural bodybuilding 27 times so maybe I should ask him!Anyway, I was partially successful in increasing my muscle mass while I cut up for a six-pack in Missions 1 & 2 so its not all bad.
