    yes it helps you get a six pack you just have to burn fat its that easy it took me a while to understand all those endless crunches no point well they do make your abs bigger but they dont show unless you lose fat even the smallest bit of fat stops it seeing your abs

    Vince if i do part 1 and 2 of your videos 1 min each exercise (total 8 min) everyday would that be enough to burn lower ab fat and love handles or must i do long boring cardio to??

    @BrokenLimits100 just eay less, making yourse;f hungry lowers your metabolism, and makes you burn calories slower. Just eat smaller portions and spread them out during tthe day.

    @Joshuavmeer dead wrong. dont eat less. look at BMR/RMR and calorie deficits. A male working out 3-5 days a week on average will be eating about 2400+ calories a day. I lost 40lbs in about 3-4months and I was eating 2400-2800 calories a day. (thats a ton of food)…estimate your calories for the day and do a calorie deficit

    @aburningflame2 forgot to mention. your calorie deficit should be between 500-1000 calories burnt and males should always be above 1500 minimum calories eaten per day and females should always be above 1200 minimum calories eaten per day. so if you burn 2800calories in the day, eat 1800 calories. Get it? If you burn 2400 calories, eat 1500 (your a guy so you have to eat at LEAST 1500 ) . Eat any less of this and your body will start using burning muscle instead of fat.

    Hi Suzette, I am in total agreement with you and the excellent paragraph you quoted. I think if you really break it down, transforming your body is the primarily the work of your mind.Not just setting goals and visualization but also in the practical application of workout routines. It is your mind that must trigger the motor nuerons to fire to pump out that “one more rep” not your muscle. Whether you can complete that last rep IS a function of your mind, and as we all know it is in that “last rep” where all growth occurs.Cheers,Adam

    I would guess that when you lose a lot of weight (hundreds of pounds), there's often extra skin left that had been “stretched” by all the previous weight–especially when you lose the weight quickly.

    If wearing the shirts and supportive fabrics makes them look more attractive at the end of the competition, maybe that's a good thing. Then other overweight people might be more motivated to work for a healthier lifestyle.
