@gtrgy888 kinda sorta, try doing a bottoms up press with a dumbbell. also doing presses with a kettlebell allows it to rest on that meaty part on the base of your hand which can help activate both the tricep and the lat

Great demo’s particularly liked the cossack lunges and the airborn lunges are an excellent way to build up to pistols. I wil be starting a 6 week program on 3rd Jan till 14th Feb during which i will go from 15 stone (210lbs) to 13.5 stone (189lbs) and from 25% bodyfat to 15% just using kettlebell workouts. i may pinch a couple of exercises from these!

@fuxr try it and you’ll feel it mostly inner chest, if you want it for bi’s use a twisted towel or thick rope helps with the grip and rock hard bi’s

Nice set of exerises. I highly recommend a newbe enlisting the aid of a CPT to keep them safe and minimize dysfunction. I’m a master trainer in DC and I would not being doing my job if I did not offer the following advice, I would fine tune your squats and lunges to keep your knees from jetting so far out in front of your feet. Knee issues are in the forecast if you contine with that form. Overall, pretty good. I hope this advise does not offend you. Keep rockin’ the keetlebell dude!
Favourited this looks mint. I am 27 been training for 10 years 80kg body weight 140kg flat bench, 150kg decline, 330kg Leg Press (so not too shabby overall given never toucher roids/growth hormone lol). My gym has just got Kettlebells in I was talking to one of the trainers about it, he reckons they are amazing for overall body strength, definately worth a go I reckon (: Bet I am disappointed with how little weight I can shift though (;
