I think this channel is really great. Some excellent tips. You’ve done videos on food. How about videos on supplements? You must have tried some right? at least whey protein. Im very interested in the good and bad effects of substances like L-argenine or creatine or hydroxycut, and I have researched online, but your opinion, and substances that you like would be much appreciated, if you use any

Has anyone here bought his program? is it really as ‘explosive’ and lean training as advertised? Been bulking for a few months now and basically trying to lean out at this point. Would love to know if his program has unique exercises to get the blood pumping and the fat burning. Thanks again!

  7. thespecter2 says:

Ok, guitarlover dude, if you are 12 there is no reason to be weight lifting. Weights are a lot of mass on a young growing body. But, there is nothing wrong at all with doing calisthenics. E.g. push ups, sit ups, crunches, leg lifts. triceps dips, maybe a little tubing resistance but i would not mess with weights until you have grown more, maybe around 16 or 17.

id suggest doing some kind of sport where your muscles would be used if you dont want to life weights.

such as soccer, football, basketball , or even karate and different martial arts ( the martial arts can reallllllly help ) good luck!

The best way to get a nice, muscular body is to win the genetic lottery. If you’ve lost that, lots of training won’t do much

i fukcing hate all these exercises they are so hard and innenffective i hate the ball

  28. slellison says:

Good Question! Slow, steady movements are always the best way to start – The more muscle awareness and length being created within, the better. Start by pacing two, full, breaths for each knee bend:
    Inhale to bend the knees.
    Exhale to hold the position.
    Inhale to hold the position.
Exhale to lengthen back up to a straight leg position.

Extending the arms forward, as the knees bend down, can create a more challenging core exercise. Keep the arms straight and shoulder-width apart. Imagine the shoulders and the hips as the four corners outlining the “torso rectangle”, keeping them even and stable as the movement occurs.

Over time, for strength, the knee bend position can be held against the wall for an extended period of time, for 30 seconds to one minute.

No matter the speed of the movement, always keep the idea of lengthening the entire body in mind. There should always be a stretching and a contracting of muscles. Thank you for the question! I hope this helps you.

try to keep your calorie intake to 1500 calories a day. drink lots of water. eat fruits and veggies instead of junk. try to get at least 30 mins of exercise a day. since you have asthma, you could jog for awhile, then walk for a bit. this is interval training, and it actually burns more calories than just plain jogging. also, you have to do all the exercise at once. you can do 20 mins in the morning and 10 in the afternoon. try to avoid fastfood. also, eat that many carbs or sugar. just making small changes like this will make you healthier and slimmer :)
